Unlocking the Power of AI for Management Consultants and Business Professionals

Course Contents:

  • AI Foundations: What is the underlying technology behind the various AI tools (e.g., for text, images, and video) and how does it work
  • Live practical demonstrations how AI can be used for very specific use cases, including research, benchmarking, problem solving, strategy definition, communication, data visualization. We will provide an overview of relevant tools, a proprietary prompt library for each use case, and will apply our suggested methodologies on very practical case studies.
  • After mastering the use of AI as an “end user”, what are the next steps each professional can take in improving their AI capabilities (e.g., building bots, designing automated workflows using AI)?
  • Recommended strategies to increase adoption of AI in your organization (incl. risk proper management)

Course Timing and Logistics:

  • The course will be delivered virtually over six modules, each four hours long (2 hours of instruction and live demonstration, followed by 2 hours of practice)
  • The course will be delivered over a six week period in November and December (one module / week)

Speaker:

  • The speaker is Dr. Annas Abedin, a former McKinsey consultant and serial entrepreneur, who has been delivering consulting skills bootcamps virtually and in person for the better part of the last decade, and who has delivered various workshops on how to leverage AI / in a general business setting to hundreds of participants over the last few months. He is also a co-founder of Navital Global, Makeen Advisors, and the Mustashar Accelerator.
